Paani poori

Ingredients

Stuffing requires

Boiled potatoes
Onions - 1 cup
Coriander
Jeera powder
Garam masala
Salt

Paani requires

Mint leaves - 1/2 cup
Coriander - 3/4 cup
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chillies - 2 or 3
Tamarind - 1 spoon
Jaggery - 2 spoons
Cumin powder 
Garam masala
Black pepper

 *here all spice powder measure about 1.5 teaspoons

How to prepare

#stuffing


Take a bowl  , add boiled and peeled potatoes and smash it well. To this now add finely chopped onions,coriander, jeera powder, garam masala,salt to one's requirement and mix well such that it has no lumps.

Take a mixi jar and add all the ingredients  mentioned under the column paani and grind coarsely .Later squeeze out the juice from the grinded spinach and add 1 or1.5 litres of water to the extract.

Note:  One can alter the sweetness or tangy taste by altering the amount of jaggery or tamarind .
*Chat masala can be used to get the taste, of paani like chats vendor or street side chats.


I've bought readymade pooris from the local mart . 
Assemble the cracked poori add the potato stuffing,boiled peas,mixture,sprinkle some coriander (if required)later pour the pani to the poori . Ready to serve.
