Pickle(Helikaye)

Ingredients 

Helikaye 

Oil

Chilli powder

Fenugreek seeds(menthya)

Salt

Mustard seeds 

Cumin seeds 

Turmeric powder

Preparation

In a plastic or glass container add chopped helikaye and salt in an alternative layer and keep under sunlight for two days.
        Fry(dry) menthya,mustard seeds,cumin seeds and grind.
      Take a pan heat the oil add mustard seeds, helikaye,turmeric powder,grinded powder and chilli powder mix well and ready to taste.
