Cashew barfi or kaju barfi

Ingredients

Cashew - 0.75 kg
Sugar- 1 cup
Water- 1 cup

Preparation

Grind cashew finely and keep aside. Add water and sugar to pan and make a sugar syrup(paaka). When bubbles arise add powdered cashew and mix it well for few seconds . Shift the barfi to ghee greased plate and allow it to dry . Later cut into desired shape.
