Ingredients
Peas- 1 cup
Allu - finely chopped 1 cup
Mustard seeds
Garlic
Chillies
Ginger
Oil
Jeera
Curry leaves
Onion- 1 cup
Tomato-1 cup
Turmeric
Daniya powder
Chilli powder- 2 spoons
Cashew
Poppy seeds- 4 spoons
Cloves- 1 inch
Coconut powder-8 spoons
Coriander

Method
Take a mixi jar add garlic,chilli, ginger and little amount of water and grind it .
Now take a cooker add oil, mustard seeds,jeera,curry leaves and grinded masala,onion tomato,potatoes, peas,turmeric powder,, daniya powder- 2 spoons, chilli powder,1 glass of water ,close a lid and let it cook under pressure .(1 whistle)
Take a mixi jar add poppy seeds,cashews,coconut powder, cloves and grind it .
Add this paste to the boiled kurma , add salt to ones requirement and make a boil atlast sprinkle some coriander to make a perfect kurma.
