Ingredients
- All Purpose flour(maida) or wheat flour – 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ghee – 2 tsp
- Pepper / jeera powder – 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 1tsp
Method
- Add Ghee, pepper/jeera powder, salt, red chilly powder to the flour and make a sough by adding little water
- Keep this dough for half an hour
- Make small balls from this dough
- Roll these balls into chapati size and cut into required shapes
- Deep fry them till they turn golden brown
- This can be stored in airtight container and will last for 2-3 weeks
