Potato manchuri

Ingredients

Boiled Potatoes -chopped cube/ triangle shape 1 cup
Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1/2 cup
Oil
Maida -  3 spoons
Corn flour - 2 spoons
Salt
Pepper
Chilli powder
Water- 2 spoons
Capsicum
Ginger garlic paste
Soya sauce
Tomato ketchup
Chilli sauce

Method

Make a batter by mixing maida , corn flour,salt ,chillie powder and water.

Now heat the oil and dip the potatoes into batter such that coating should cover potatoes and shallow fry in the oil till they turn brown colour.

Take a pan add oil, ginger-garlic paste ,onion , tomato puree , all the mentioned sauces and saute for few minutes.

Later add salt, pepper and capsicum fry till they turn crisp .At the end add fried potatoes and cook for 60 seconds .Ready to eat.
