Punjabi Aloo Tikki

Ingredients
Potatoes- 4
Boiled peas-1/2cup
Oil
Salt
Green chillies-2
Chilli powder-1 spoon
Garam masala -1spoon
Jeera powder-1spoon
Finely chopped coriander - 2 spoon




Method

Pressure the potatoes in a cooker for a few minutes . Peel and smash the potatoes.

To the smashed potatoes add peas,salt to one's requirement ,coriander, jeera powder, chilli powder,garam masala, chopped chillies and mix well. Make the tikkis of 1/4 th of your palm size.

Brush the tawa with little oil and keep tikkis on it. Brush the tikkis with oil till they get roasted equally on the both sides.

Note: Roast the tikkis approximately for 3-4 minutes each side.
Ready to eat with tomato sauce . Serve hot
