Ingredients
For batter
Rice - 3cups
Urad dal - 1cup
Horse gram - one full fist
Poha - 2 fist
Menthya - 1/4th of your fist
Channa dal - 3 spoons
Moong dal - 2 spoons
Method
Soak all ingredients except urad dal in a container containing water .And soak urad dal in separate container for 12-16 hrs.
Usually soak them in the morning (a day before preparing dosa). Coarsely grind the soaked ingredients seperately in the night .Mix the both batter(urad dal n rice) and pour the batter into vessel. The batter gets fermented whole night.
Making dosa:
Heat the tava or frying pan .Using a cup or round bottomed spoon take the batter and pour the batter evenly on tava . Roast both sides dosa for a minute by adding a spoon of oil and serve with chutney or sabji.
